Buying a good TV is one of the better tech investments you can make because most people use it for several hours a day, it’s a shared experience often with a number of people watching and, if you buy carefully, it will last a good few years.
Unapologetically thickset with a grooved back panel and metal side plates, the E520 appears able to take a knock. But the tiny 5.2 inch screen feels like a comic mismatch with the overgrown, chunky body.
With TVs, bigger is not always better and, for us, a smaller, higher quality picture always wins out.
