Create your own handwriting font

Most PCs have loads of special fonts, including some that are designed to look like rustic handwriting. You can go one step further and create a PC font made up of your own handwriting. Go to calligraphr.com to download a template page. Print it out and fill in all the letters in a black pen. Scan this in (or take a clear black-and-white photo with your phone) and then upload the image to calligraphr. The free service then creates a .TTF file containing your font. Double-click the file to install the font, or you can simply copy it over to the C:\Windows\Fonts folder.
